Organize your content with collections, tags, and smart organization features.

Collections

Collections are groups of related pages. Use them to organize your workspace by project, topic, or any other logical grouping.

Creating Collections

  1. Click "Collections" in the sidebar
  2. Click "New Collection"
  3. Give it a name and description
  4. Choose an icon or color (optional)

Adding Pages to Collections

  • From page - Click the collection icon on any page
  • From Collections page - Drag pages into collections
  • Multiple collections - Pages can belong to multiple collections

Collection Features

  • Nested collections - Organize collections hierarchically
  • Collection templates - Create templates for new pages
  • Collection views - View all pages in a collection
  • Quick access - Fast navigation to collection pages

Tags

Tags provide flexible content organization across your workspace.

Adding Tags

  1. Open any page
  2. Click the tag icon or press Cmd/Ctrl + T
  3. Type or select existing tags
  4. Create new tags on the fly

Using Tags

  • Filter by tags - Search and filter pages by tags
  • Tag suggestions - Auto-complete for existing tags
  • Tag pages - View all pages with a specific tag
  • Color coding - Assign colors to tags for visual organization

Workspaces

Workspaces are top-level organization containers.

  • Isolated content - Separate content per workspace

  • Team collaboration - Share workspaces with team members

Bookmarks

Save and organize web content with bookmarks.

Creating Bookmarks

  1. Click "Bookmarks" in the sidebar
  2. Click "Add Bookmark"
  3. Enter URL or paste link
  4. Add title, description, and tags

Best Practices

  1. Use consistent naming - Name collections and tags consistently
