Editor Shortcuts

Text Formatting

• Cmd/Ctrl + B - Bold
• Cmd/Ctrl + I - Italic
• Cmd/Ctrl + U - Underline
• Cmd/Ctrl + K - Create link
• Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + C - Inline code
• Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + X - Strikethrough
• Cmd/Ctrl + E - Code block

Block Operations

• / - Open block menu
• Cmd/Ctrl + Enter - Create new block below
• Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + Enter - Create new block above
• Cmd/Ctrl + D - Duplicate block
• Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + D - Delete block
• Tab - Indent block (nest)
• Shift + Tab - Outdent block (unnest)

Navigation

• ↑ - Move to previous block
• ↓ - Move to next block
• Cmd/Ctrl + ↑ - Move block up
• Cmd/Ctrl + ↓ - Move block down
• Cmd/Ctrl + Home - Go to start of document
• Cmd/Ctrl + End - Go to end of document

Selection

• Cmd/Ctrl + A - Select all
• Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + A - Select current block
• Shift + ↑ - Extend selection up
• Shift + ↓ - Extend selection down

Undo/Redo

• Cmd/Ctrl + Z - Undo
• Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + Z - Redo
• Cmd/Ctrl + Y - Redo (alternative)

Page Shortcuts

General

• Cmd/Ctrl + N - New page
• Cmd/Ctrl + P - Quick search / Open page
• Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + N - New page in new tab
• Cmd/Ctrl + W - Close current page
• Cmd/Ctrl + T - Open page in new tab

Search

• Cmd/Ctrl + K - Open command palette
• Cmd/Ctrl + F - Find in page
• Cmd/Ctrl + G - Find next
• Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + G - Find previous

Task Shortcuts

• /task - Create task list
• /todo - Create task list (alternative)
• Cmd/Ctrl + Enter - Toggle task completion (when in task item)

AI Shortcuts

• @ai - Trigger AI suggestions
• Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + A - Open AI menu (when text selected)

Collaboration Shortcuts

• Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + M - Add comment
• Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + S - Share page

View Shortcuts

• Cmd/Ctrl + / - Toggle sidebar
• Cmd/Ctrl + \ - Toggle fullscreen
• Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + L - Toggle dark mode

Block Menu Shortcuts

When the block menu (/) is open:

• ↑/↓ - Navigate options
• Enter - Select option
• Esc - Close menu
• Type to filter - Search blocks

Customization

Some shortcuts can be customized in Settings:

1. Go to Settings
2. Navigate to Keyboard Shortcuts
3. Click on any shortcut to remap
4. Save changes

Tips

1. Learn gradually - Start with the most commonly used shortcuts
2. Use the block menu - / is your friend for inserting blocks
3. Command palette - Cmd/Ctrl + K is a powerful navigation tool
4. Context matters - Some shortcuts only work in specific contexts
